Methods to Order

1. Order online: via our secure server.

2. Order by email. 
Please specify the product name and quantity you want to purchase. Also provide us your credit card information (number, name on card, expiration date, and shipping address. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Send the email to customer@dragonacustore.com.

3. Order by Fax.
Please provide the same information as the email order and Fax your order to (949)336-2372.

4. Order by mail.
Please print an order form first. Mail your filled form with your payment (check or money order) to

We ship the products within a business day after receiving the payment via USPS.

5. Local pickup. 
If you are in Orange County, you may stop by our clinic to purchase the herbs directly. Our clinic business hours are Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm.

Shipping Cost

1. Domestic orders: flat rate: $5.50.

2. International orders.
USPS international shipping rates are roughly $13 for up to 8 bottles, $22-$28 for up to 12 bottles, $28-$32 for up to 18 bottles, and so on. The exact cost depends on the country and size and will be quoted upon email request. 

Return Policy

Dragon Acupuncture & Herb Center, Inc. has a 30-day return policy. We ship out all the packages by USPS. To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
Notify us first of your intent to return and item through e-mail. Be sure to include relevant information such as Product name, Invoice # and reason for return. Our Returns Department will then contact you. Send package back to the address provided. All return shipments are self-funded and will not be reimbursed by us. Please make appropriate shipping method choices accordingly.
We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card or Paypal account.
